A little about You

The Studio Production Designer role at DNA is a bridge between the Creative department and Production department. Working closely with Creative and Print Production teams to turn concepts into finished art.

The ideal candidate should be creative and articulate, passionate about advertising, and highly self-motivated. Be able to work in a deadline driven environment. Additionally, attention to detail and flawless execution are a prerequisite for this position.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce production files for final use in print and/or web
  • Execute changes throughout the production cycle as requested by Account, Creative and Print Production team members
  • Produce presentation materials, i.e.: PowerPoint, comp boards and presentation books
  • Contribute to the team environment but able to work independently, self-directed
  • Understand how to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Work with Account, Creative and Production departments to oversee the development and release of accurate files to vendors/clients
  • Partner closely with the project manager to ensure projects flow within the agency smoothly
  • Work well with and demonstrate respect for colleagues at all levels and consistently contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment

Requirements:


  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote presentation programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience in a print/web production environment
  • Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a creative agency preferred
