Business Leadership Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Supervisor who is looking for an opportunity for more responsibility.

Who We Are

DNA is an independent creative agency in the Metropolis-meets-Mother-Nature hotbed of Seattle. Our thing? We make love between people and brands. How do we do it? By helping brands be entertaining, engaging, relevant and useful, day in and day out. What it requires of us is curiosity, courage, talent, honesty, hard work and a healthy dose of magic. At DNA, we have a ‘maker’ mentality where creativity lives in every department, and we never, ever forget that the work is the boss.

Business Leadership Overview

Some agencies call it Account Management. Or even worse, Account Services. At DNA we hold our account team to a higher standard. Business Leadership at DNA is the catalyst for creativity that solves business problems. We create wins every day for our clients, their customers and for DNA. We are the drivers in the agency – the business leaders, opportunity makers and idea generators – leading work that results in love between people and brands.

We play the long game. As dynamic relationship builders with deep category and industry knowledge, we work proactively for the agency, our clients and their customers – thinking and acting two steps ahead. We lead by being adaptable, collaborative, and curious. We know how to make the strategic and business case for great ideas. And when we do, everybody wins.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Supervisor who is looking for an opportunity for more responsibility, more autonomy, more strategic thinking, and a clear pathway for growth to Director. You have strong natural leadership skills; take action without direction; have a proven ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions in the face of adversity. You’re highly detail-oriented and a clear, concise and persuasive communicator (verbal and written). You have superior relationship skills; the ability to simultaneously and efficiently handle up to dozens of stakeholders, often with competing interests, and are skilled at both managing up and managing down.

Role and Responsibilities

As the day-to-day trusted partner who understands the clients’ business and industry dynamics, you are charged with bringing the account goals and strategy to life. You manage a portfolio of clients in collaboration with strategy, creative, media and production, in the development of integrated strategically sound marketing and advertising solutions. And as owner of mid-to-senior-level relationships, you are an effective ambassador and spokesperson for both the client and agency. You’re able to lead large and complex projects with minimal oversight. Your creative instincts and client intuition allow you to see new opportunities for growth up, down, and horizontally within each client relationship. You ensure strong financial stewardship of client budgets and are responsible for the growing and developing junior staff.
