Who You Are
You are an experienced Supervisor who is looking for an opportunity for more responsibility, more autonomy, more strategic thinking, and a clear pathway for growth to Director. You have strong natural leadership skills; take action without direction; have a proven ability to anticipate problems and develop solutions in the face of adversity. You’re highly detail-oriented and a clear, concise and persuasive communicator (verbal and written). You have superior relationship skills; the ability to simultaneously and efficiently handle up to dozens of stakeholders, often with competing interests, and are skilled at both managing up and managing down.
Role and Responsibilities
As the day-to-day trusted partner who understands the clients’ business and industry dynamics, you are charged with bringing the account goals and strategy to life. You manage a portfolio of clients in collaboration with strategy, creative, media and production, in the development of integrated strategically sound marketing and advertising solutions. And as owner of mid-to-senior-level relationships, you are an effective ambassador and spokesperson for both the client and agency. You’re able to lead large and complex projects with minimal oversight. Your creative instincts and client intuition allow you to see new opportunities for growth up, down, and horizontally within each client relationship. You ensure strong financial stewardship of client budgets and are responsible for the growing and developing junior staff.
- 6 (+) years of Account Management experience at an advertising agency is required
- Possesses knowledge in each area of agency’s business (Strategy, Communications Planning, Media, Creative, Project Management, Production, and Finance)

- Experience managing junior staff
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree required
