And as the leader of account management at DNA, she puts this varied experience to good use: Caroline is a strong strategic thinker, an effective advocate for clients and consumers alike, and a perpetually straight shooter. She is also the busy mom of two teenagers, which is arguably the ultimate test of her management skills.
